Our wines are all certified AB (Organic Agriculture) from small isolated plots, cultivated with passion and harvested manually.
Vinification is natural: indigenous yeasts and with no inputs, unfiltered and unfined. Vinification is adapted to suit the specificity of each vintage
Starting from the 2018 vintage, the wines have been awarded the organic agriculture label.

Merlot Rouge (vintage 2018 AB)
Powerful and structured wine, fruity and aromatic.
15-day maceration, 12-month aging in stainless steel vats, no added sulphites
A pleasantly fruity wine that reflects very well the trends of natural wines.
Syrah (vintage 2019 AB)
Delicious, fresh wine, with an aroma of red fruits and a hint of spice
11-day maceration, 12-month aging in vats, no added sulphites
Cinsault (vintage 2018 AB)
Fruity red wine with delicate aromas and very silky tannins
3-week maceration of de-stemmed grapes, 1 month aging in vats, no added sulphites

Atypical wine due to its dark colour and fruity aromas of ripe fruit.
To be consumed preferably as an aperitif and with vegetarian and grilled meals.
